Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and results?oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will help design and execute social media campaigns, engage with our online audience, grow brand presence, and analyze performance metrics. You will work closely with the content, design, and strategy teams to deliver impactful content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter / X, YouTube, etc.)
Assist in creating multimedia content: images, graphics, reels, short videos, stories, etc.
Help plan and execute social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, leads or conversions
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, mentions; engage with the online community in a timely manner
Assist with paid social media ad campaigns (setting up ads, monitoring, optimizing performance)
Track metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, conversions; generate reports and derive insights
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes; suggest new content ideas or formats
Maintain and manage social media calendar, ensuring consistent posting and brand messaging
Collaborate with other teams (content writers, designers, sales / product) to ensure content and campaigns align with brand voice and goals
Requirements / Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field
1?2 years
of hands?on experience in social media marketing or a similar role
Strong copywriting skills; ability to write well for social media in English (and possibly local language(s), if relevant)
Basic design/video editing skills or experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, Premiere Pro or other video editing apps
Familiarity with social media scheduling / management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
Understanding of analytics: ability to read & interpret social media metrics, Google Analytics, etc., and use data to optimize content/campaigns
Good organizational skills and ability to manage time, work on multiple content pieces/campaigns simultaneously
Creative mindset; ability to brainstorm new ideas, stay ahead of social media trends
Attention to detail (spelling, grammar, image/video quality)
