Social Media Coordinator CloudMellow is on the search for a Social Media Coordinator to join our growing Digital Marketing team and support our client\'s Social Media efforts. In this role, you will help implement our personalization roadmap to drive results through email marketing campaigns. You will also serve as project manager for our email marketing campaigns and customer journeys working closely with our Digital Marketing Director for overall strategy and guidance. Responsibilities

• Research audience preferences and discover current trends
• Create engaging text, image and video content
• Design posts to sustain readers\xe2\x80\x99 curiosity and create buzz around new products
• Measure web traffic and monitor SMA
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
• Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Oversee social media accounts\xe2\x80\x99 layout
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
• Excellent communication skills
• Multitasking and analytical skills
• BS degree in Marketing, New media or relevant field

Experience:

• Social Media Management: 2 years (Required)
• Marketing: 2 years (Required)

Must speak & write English fluidly, must have a personal computer and access to reliable internet. Must have software access for programs needed for the job description. The ability to work in various time zones is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 99,380.18 - 930,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Night shift
