Social Media Marketing Executive- Novella Kitchens- Hybrid work mode

Experience required :

Minimum 2 years ( Similar industry experience will be preferred, not mandatory)

Job location :

Sector 28, Gurugram, Golf Course Road, DLF Phase 1 ( Near to metro station)

Work mode:

Hybrid, Sat-Sun as week off.

Salary :

Upto 30k, Depending upon skillset

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee

all social media platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on

community building and engagement

. Develop

creative and trendy content strategies

to increase audience interaction and brand visibility. Coordinate with teams for

reels, stories, carousels, videos, and graphics

. Engage with followers daily by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics to improve content performance (likes, shares, comments, saves, reach). Stay updated with

social media trends, tools, and best practices

to keep the brand relevant. Collaborate with internal teams to showcase

projects, events, and client stories

creatively. Promote brand values through

storytelling, tips, and kitchen design inspirations

.

Requirements:

Work experience of 2 years as a

Social Media Executive / Manager

in lifestyle, interior, or design-related industries (preferred). Strong knowledge of

Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn engagement tools & trends

. Excellent communication skills with a

creative mindset

for crafting engaging posts, captions and ability to generate fresh content ideas and campaigns tailored to the audience. Hands-on experience in creating/overseeing

short-form video content (Reels, Stories, etc.)

. Basic graphic design/video editing knowledge is a plus

(Canva/CapCut, etc.).

Strong sense of

aesthetics, storytelling, and community engagement
