Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc.)
Plan, manage, and monitor daily social media activity to ensure consistent and compelling brand presence
Generate innovative content ideas and coordinate with design teams to develop high-quality creative for posts and campaigns
Write engaging copy for social media posts, ads, and promotional materials
Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc., and optimize strategies accordingly
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital and social media marketing to maintain competitiveness
Participate in and manage regular activities on relevant forums, groups, and online communities to increase outreach
Ensure a seamless customer journey by analyzing touch points across multiple channels
Plan and execute targeted campaigns regularly to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (preferred)
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Good command of social media editing tools and applications (e.g., VN, Insta-edits, Suite, CapCut, InShot, and other editing tools)
Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
Good communication, creativity, and organizational skills
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
