Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging content including graphics, reels, videos, and captions aligned with the brand voice.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics using analytics tools.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Collaborate with the design and content teams for consistent brand messaging.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience in SEO, Google Ads, or content marketing.
Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools.
Creativity with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand tone.
