We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to manage and grow our brand's social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver engaging content that aligns with our company's messaging and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistency in content, tone, and messaging across platforms. Create, plan, and execute monthly social media calendars. Develop and share engaging content tailored to the target audience. Repurpose and optimize content for various platforms to maximize reach and engagement. Research and use relevant hashtags aligned with post themes and industry trends. Schedule posts at optimal times to boost audience engagement. Monitor and analyze user metrics, engagement, and campaign performance to refine strategies. Maintain a secure database of login credentials for all social media accounts. Perform online reputation management to ensure positive brand perception.

Good to Have:

Experience with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Publer, etc.


Familiarity with social media analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting. A keen eye for creative and out-of-the-box strategies to drive engagement.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 1-2 years in social media management


Strong proficiency in English and effective communication skills.


Must provide Instagram profile links of previous clients/projects managed.
