Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Create and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.

Content Management:

Plan, create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for various platforms.

Community Engagement:

Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.

Performance Tracking & Analysis:

Define and track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and report on results to inform future strategies.

Paid Social:

Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive presence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with marketing, content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive campaigns.

Influencer Management:

Identify, build relationships with, and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and awareness.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all social media content and interactions reflect the brand's voice and values.
