About the Role

We are looking for a

hands-on Social Media & Marketing Executive

to manage our digital presence for

TOSTEM by CAPITOLINE (Japanese Aluminum Doors & Windows)

.
The primary objective of this role is

generating enquiries and supporting the sales team

through social media and Google platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

Instagram

Plan and post regular content (photos, reels, stories) Handle DMs and comments promptly Convert social media conversations into enquiries

Facebook

Post updates and promotional content Respond to messages and enquiries

YouTube

Upload shorts and videos Write titles, descriptions, and manage basic thumbnails

Google Business Profile (Very Important)

Upload photos, videos, and posts regularly Respond to customer reviews and Q&A Ensure maximum visibility to generate calls and showroom visits

Marketing & Enquiry Generation

Generate

leads/enquiries

from social media and Google platforms Share all enquiries with the sales team in real time Coordinate internally to track enquiry status and closure Support basic campaigns, offers, and promotional activities

Content Creation

Capture photos and videos at showroom and project sites Perform basic editing using mobile or laptop tools Maintain posting consistency (daily / weekly as planned)

Who Should Apply

0-3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing Basic understanding of marketing and lead generation Comfortable using

Canva, CapCut, InShot

, or similar tools Willing to travel to showroom and project locations when required Proactive, responsive, and result-oriented mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
