Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
, etc.
Manage daily operations of all social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Run paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to achieve marketing goals.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to optimize performance.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns.
Track, analyze and report monthly performance using analytics tools.
Work on strategies to increase followers, website traffic, and conversions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn algorithms and best practices.
Ability to create engaging content (graphic, video, captions, hashtags).
Knowledge of online marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
Basic understanding of SEO and hashtags strategy.
Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with
WooCommerce / E-commerce marketing
(optional).
Knowledge of paid ad campaigns & retargeting strategies.
Graphic designing or video editing skills.
