Plan, create and publish high-quality Instagram posts, reels and stories in line with brand aesthetics and identity
Capture and convert event-related moments such as behind-the-scenes, set-ups, rehearsals and live events into engaging content
Develop and manage weekly and monthly Instagram
content calendars in alignment with campaigns, exhibitions and brand activities
Create clear, engaging and on-brand captions that reflect the company's voice and personality
Ensure consistency in
tone, design, storytelling style
and overall brand image on Instagram
Track Instagram performance including reach, engagement, views, saves and shares, and provide insights for content improvement
Prepare simple performance reports and suggest creative ideas based on analytics
Handle basic Instagram boosts or small campaigns when required
Actively manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages professionally
Stay updated with Instagram trends, formats and content styles to keep the brand relevant and competitive
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely content delivery and execution
Desired Candidate Profile
2-4 years of experience in managing Instagram accounts for brands or businesses
Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, stories and visual storytelling
Experience working in events, exhibitions or creative agencies is an added advantage
Proficient in tools such as
Canva, CapCut, VN
or similar editing platforms
Strong creative thinking, time management and communication skills
Ability to handle quick turnarounds in a fast-paced environment
Experienced with event management company is a plus
