We're expanding our digital team and looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive who can elevate our brand across Meta platforms and Google's advertising ecosystem.
Role Overview
We're hiring a creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive who understands how to build engaging narratives, manage paid campaigns, and analyze data across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. If you're fluent in content, ads, and analytics--you're the one.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content
Plan, create, and manage social media content across Facebook & Instagram.
Develop scroll-stopping creatives (posts, Reels, stories, short videos).
Manage daily posting, community engagement, and platform hygiene.
Maintain consistent brand messaging aligned with creative and sales teams.
Meta Advertising
Run and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
Execute A/B testing, retargeting, and audience building strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, engagement).
Google Ads & Analytics
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display/YouTube optional).
Set up proper campaign structures, keyword research, budgeting, and bidding strategies.
Track performance using
Google Analytics (GA4)
and generate detailed reports.
Implement UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and assist with basic CRO.
Data & Reporting
Analyze insights across Meta Analytics & GA4 to improve future campaigns.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Recommend data-backed strategies for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
Trend Awareness
Stay updated with Meta & Google platform updates, new ad formats, and industry trends.
Apply new features and best practices to enhance campaign results.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in
Facebook & Instagram marketing
(organic + paid).
Hands-on expertise with
Meta Business Suite
,
Ads Manager
, and analytics dashboards.
Solid experience managing
Google Ads
campaigns and tracking performance with
GA4
.
Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to independently plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns.
Preference
will be given to candidates with:
A strong niche in social media & performance marketing.
Experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
Knowledge of UTM tagging, retargeting funnels, and conversion tracking.
