Social Media Marketing Specialist
to join our remote team and contribute to building strong brand visibility across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple clients and internal projects.
Create engaging content, captions, and campaigns for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting and consistency.
Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare monthly performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize for better ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
Strong creative and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
Experience with paid advertising campaigns is a plus.
