About the Role

We are looking for a

creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing & Content Creator

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and storytelling through visuals and content. You'll be responsible for managing brand pages, creating engaging content, and driving growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Plan, manage, and grow social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules Monitor insights, engagement, and campaign performance

Content Creation

Generate trending content ideas tailored to each platform Write captions, hooks, and scripts for Reels/short videos Collaborate with the design and video editing teams for creatives Stay updated with viral trends, memes, and platform updates

Strategy & Execution

Design social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and followers Work with SEO and ads team for integrated marketing campaigns Conduct competitor research and identify growth opportunities

Brand Storytelling

Create content that aligns with the brand's voice and audience Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships

Requirements

Proven experience in

social media management

or

content creation

(agency or brand side) Excellent understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter) algorithms Strong writing and communication skills Basic knowledge of

Canva / Adobe tools / CapCut / Reels editing apps

Ability to ideate and execute creative content fast Knowledge of SEO, paid campaigns, or AI tools (bonus)

Preferred Skills

Trendspotting & content research Copywriting for viral content Meme-based marketing & storytelling Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.) Familiarity with AI tools
