Role Overview
This role combines social media management, brand marketing, and SEO
content strategy. You will be responsible for curating our brand voice and visual identity across digital channels while also working behind the scenes to improve online discoverability and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
? Plan and execute content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google My
Business
? Develop a consistent, luxury-aligned content calendar with compelling visuals and
captions
? Design and schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Later
? Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and grow the brand community
? Collaborate with photographers and design team to produce visually striking reels,
stories, and posts
? Run seasonal campaigns, contests, and collaborations with influencers or vendors
Marketing & Brand Growth:
? Support email marketing, WhatsApp creatives, lookbooks, and print catalogues
? Work on PR, vendor tie-ups, styled shoots, and studio-led promotional campaigns
? Coordinate with stylists, wedding planners, and photographers for content collaboration
and cross-brand promotions
? Track analytics and performance insights to continuously improve engagement and
reach
Website SEO & Digital Visibility:
? Assist in optimizing The Murphy Studio's website for search engines (SEO)
? Research keywords and incorporate them into web pages, blogs, and product
descriptions
? Work with developers/designers to improve user experience and SEO structure
? Keep Google My Business profile updated with reviews, photos, and service highlights
? Monitor site analytics and suggest improvements to increase traffic and leads
Skills & Qualifications
? 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital
marketing
? Experience managing platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google My
Business
? Understanding of SEO best practices and basic keyword research tools (e.g.
Ubersuggest, Google Keyword Planner)
? Excellent writing skills for captions, website content, and email copy
? Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Meta tools, and scheduling platforms
? Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced creative
setting
? Prior experience in luxury, design, fashion, or wedding/lifestyle brands is a strong
plus
Bonus Skills
? Familiarity with blogging, backlinks, or affiliate content
? Photography, reels editing, or basic video production for social
? Experience working in boutique creative studios or agency environments
