Azure Hospitality is looking for a driven and creative

Social Media Marketing Associate

to join our fast-growing marketing team. If you understand digital trends, enjoy creating engaging content, and want to shape brand narratives across platforms -- this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Create platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging digital formats. Analyze viral trends to understand what works, why it works, and adapt content in real time. Apply performance-driven thinking to organic posts -- every piece of content should contribute to a metric. Use analytics to measure performance, learn from insights, and scale high-performing content. Manage client and audience interactions by responding to DMs and coordinating with internal teams. Write clear creative briefs, ensure timely execution, and guide designers and content creators.

What You Bring

1-2 years of experience in social media; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Freshers from reputed institutes such as Delhi University, Amity University, etc. are encouraged. Strong understanding of platform nuances -- reels, carousels, UGC, hooks, and short-form formats. Creativity, quick thinking, and a passion for digital storytelling and innovation. A growth-driven mindset with the ability to use numbers and insights to shape content strategy. Experience managing multiple accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with Canva, Reels editing tools, and basic design/content tools.

Bonus If You

Understand the creator economy or influencer-driven campaigns. Have conceptualized or contributed to organically viral content. Are familiar with reporting dashboards, Google Analytics, and Meta Suite.
