We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a knack for creating engaging content, and the ability to produce compelling videos.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute social media marketing activities across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram.

Develop marketing strategies for drawing out sales through social media & other platforms.

Create and edit engaging video content for social media, tailored to various platforms.

Develop and schedule posts that drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall brand messaging.

Plan & execute workshops & gardening events at the office location.

Qualifications:

Candidates with a prior internship or 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing are preferred.

Proven experience in creating and editing videos.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

Keen interest in plants & greenery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
