About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Social Media Marketing Assistant

to join our marketing team in Dehradun.
You will be responsible for supporting our social media campaigns, creating engaging content, managing pages, and assisting in running paid promotions to grow our brand presence and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing

social media marketing campaigns

across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Create and schedule

daily posts, stories, and reels

using tools like Canva, VN, or CapCut. Support the team in running

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

-- setting up, monitoring, and reporting results. Engage with followers -- reply to comments, messages, and leads promptly. Research current trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to improve content performance. Assist in preparing

monthly content calendars

and performance reports. Coordinate with the design, video, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Track campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, and lead quality. Suggest ideas for growth -- influencer tie-ups, collaborations, or local campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred). 0-2 years of experience in

social media management or digital marketing

. Basic understanding of

Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads

, and

Google Ads

is a plus. Proficiency in

Canva / CapCut / VN / Adobe Express

for basic creative and video editing. Strong written and visual communication skills in English & Hindi. Knowledge of

current social media trends, hashtags, and analytics tools

. A creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.

Passionate about digital marketing and content creation. Good sense of design and storytelling. Eagerness to learn and grow with the brand. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
