Key Responsibilities

As our Social Media Marketing Assistant, you will be crucial in executing our digital strategy across various platforms:

Content Creation & Scheduling: Assist in brainstorming, creating (images, videos, text), and scheduling engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive online community for Formula Zero.

Influencer Outreach & Management:

Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and brand partners.

Assist in initial contact and communication with influencers.

Help manage ongoing relationships and track influencer content performance.

Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team in the execution of social media marketing campaigns and promotions.

Performance Tracking: Help track key social media metrics, compile reports, and analyze data to understand content and partnership performance.

Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to keep Formula Zero's content fresh and relevant.

What We're Looking For

Location: Must be willing to work on-site at our Mumbai office.

Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply! While prior internship experience is a plus, a proven passion for social media is key.

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).

Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.) are a bonus!

A keen eye for detail and an aesthetic sense.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.

Mindset: A strong desire to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
