Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven

Social Media Marketer

for our

e-commerce brand

who can drive traffic, increase conversions, and scale online sales through

SEO, high-quality content, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

. The ideal candidate understands customer buying behavior and knows how to turn engagement into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Brand Growth

Manage daily social media activities for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Build brand awareness and community for the e-commerce store Engage with customers through comments, DMs, and story interactions

Content Creation (E-commerce Focused)

Create product-focused content such as reels, posts, carousels, and stories Write persuasive captions and CTAs to drive clicks and purchases Plan content calendars around product launches, offers, and seasonal sales

SEO & Organic Growth

Optimize product descriptions, collection pages, and blogs for SEO Conduct keyword research for product and category pages Improve organic traffic and search visibility for the e-commerce website

Meta Ads (Performance Marketing)

Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns (traffic, conversions, retargeting) Create ad creatives for catalog ads, offer ads, and remarketing campaigns Track ROAS, CPA, CTR, and optimize campaigns for better sales performance

Analytics & Optimization

Analyze website and ad performance using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager Identify drop-offs in the funnel and improve conversion rates Test creatives, audiences, and ad copies through A/B testing
Requirements & Skills

Experience in

e-commerce or D2C marketing

Strong understanding of

SEO for product-based websites

Hands-on experience with

Meta Ads for conversions and retargeting

Ability to create or coordinate product photos/videos and reels Knowledge of funnels, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms Familiarity with Meta Pixel, GA4, and catalog ads Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
