Job Overview

This role requires a minimum of

3+ years of proven experience strictly in Social Media Management. Candidates without direct SMM experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end management of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Create and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives Plan content calendars and ensure consistent posting Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize strategies Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns when required
Mandatory Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Marketer (SMM)

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics Experience handling brand accounts professionally Understanding of paid ads, reach, engagement, and conversion metrics Immediate joiner preferred
