Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics) aligned with brand goals.
Manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram promotions, etc.) for lead generation.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to enhance reach.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies.
Coordinate with design and marketing teams for consistent branding.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva/Photoshop, and video editing tools.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with trend awareness.
