Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning
Develop
monthly and campaign-based content strategies
aligned with brand goals
Research industry trends, viral formats, and audience behavior
Plan content calendars for platforms like
Suggest creative ideas, hooks, and storytelling angles for posts and reels
Content Creation & Execution
Create
engaging social media content
including posts, reels, carousels, and stories
Basic
graphic designing
for social posts (using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
Edit videos and reels
(short-form content) with strong hooks and transitions
Write captions that are engaging, on-brand, and trend-aligned
Coordinate with designers, videographers, or clients when required
Platform Management
Handle and optimize content for multiple platforms:
Instagram
Facebook
LinkedIn
YouTube Shorts (basic understanding)
Understand platform algorithms and posting best practices
Schedule, publish, and monitor content performance
Trend Monitoring & Engagement
Stay
up-to-date with social media trends
, audio, formats, and challenges
Adapt trends creatively to fit the brand's voice
Monitor comments, engagement, and audience interaction
Suggest improvements based on analytics and performance insights
Skills & Requirements
Strong understanding of
social media platforms and content formats
Experience in
content strategy and social media planning
Basic to intermediate
graphic design skills
Video editing knowledge for reels/short videos
Good sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and branding
Ability to stay updated with
latest digital and social media trends
Basic understanding of analytics and engagement metrics
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Tools Knowledge (Preferred)
Canva / Photoshop
CapCut / Premiere Pro / InShot or similar
Meta Business Suite
Scheduling tools (optional)
