Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute monthly social media calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter). Develop and manage video-first content -- ideate, script, and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn clips). Apply understanding of platform algorithms to improve reach, engagement, and watch time. Repurpose long-form content (webinars, demos, podcasts) into short, engaging videos. Track and analyze performance metrics, including video retention and audience growth. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create visuals and storytelling that align with brand goals. Experiment with new formats, trends, and editing styles suited for SaaS storytelling. Manage community engagement -- respond to comments, DMs, and mentions. Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms. Stay updated on SaaS and social media trends to identify growth opportunities.

Skills & Requirements

1-3 years of experience managing or assisting social media for a brand or agency. Strong understanding of how social media algorithms and content discovery work. Basic video editing and familiarity with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar. Knowledge of social media planning tools (Notion, Trello, Buffer, etc.). Ability to identify what makes content perform (hooks, pacing, captions, timing). Creative sense for visual storytelling, short-form content, and trend adaptation. Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting insights from native and third-party analytics. Curiosity for SaaS products, B2B audiences, and content-driven growth. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
