Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven

Social Media Marketer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and scaling campaigns across

Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

and a solid understanding of

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

strategies. Additional experience in

Google Ads and SEO

will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with consistent content planning, posting, and engagement. Build and manage a monthly content calendar in alignment with the marketing strategy. Write engaging captions and coordinate with designers for high-quality visual content. Schedule and publish posts across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) using scheduling tools. Plan, create, and execute high-performing Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness. Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to achieve KPIs. Prepare performance reports using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools. Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes. (Add-on) Run and optimize basic Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display). (Add-on) Collaborate with SEO team for basic on-page SEO improvements and organic growth.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

Proven experience in

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

. Deep understanding of

SMM strategies

(organic + paid). Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, pixel integration, and retargeting.

Soft Skills:

Creative thinking and problem-solving ability. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
