- Jeeva.ai is hiring for Social Media Marketer- On-site Role (Kharadi, Pune)- US Shift (6:30pm-3:30am)- Immediate to 30 daysRole & responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable conversions (Inbound leads).- Create, curate, and manage original and engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, infographics).- Build and manage a social media content calendar aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns, and industry trends.- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native analytics platforms.- Grow and nurture an online community of prospects, customers, and industry influencers.- Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to align messaging and maximize campaign impact.- Identify and engage with brand ambassadors and potential partners for collaborations.- Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and the SaaS space.Requirements:- 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.- Proven ability to grow social audiences and drive measurable business results.- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for design and detail.- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, etc.).- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.- Passion for SaaS, tech, and digital communities.- Bonus: experience with performance marketing, paid social, or influencer campaigns.About Jeeva.ai:Jeeva.ai is transforming the future of work by building AI employees that automate manual tasks, starting with AI Sales Reps.
