Role Description:

This is a contract remote role for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating content, developing content strategies, optimizing social media performance, and writing posts and updates. The position requires a proactive and creative approach to engaging with our audience and enhancing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Develop and execute creative campaigns to boost brand visibility and audience engagement. Write clear, compelling copy for social posts, captions, and digital creatives. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize performance. Monitor analytics and prepare reports on social media performance, engagement, and growth. Manage posting schedules, community engagement (comments, DMs), and audience interactions. Brainstorm and implement fresh ideas for creative storytelling, brand awareness, and audience retention. Assist in content shoots, editing, and post-production for photo and video content.

Qualifications:

Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong Communication and Writing skills Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies Ability to work independently and remotely Excellent organizational and time management skills
