Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Serve as the
SPOC
for all social media-related activities, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and stakeholders.
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
Create engaging and original content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions).
Manage social media ad campaigns -- including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Engage with the online community -- respond to comments, messages, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to align social media strategies with broader brand initiatives.
