Position Overview:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive conversion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in brand building through social media platforms, with a proven track record of creating compelling content and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to align with company's overall marketing objectives. Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content creation, posting, community management, and monitoring. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing. Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are integrated with other marketing initiatives. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Stay informed about relevant news, events, and conversations within the industry and leverage opportunities to engage our audience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on brand building and engagement. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content. Proficient in social media analytics tools and platforms. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
