About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and driven
Social Media Manager
to join our team and help elevate our brand's online presence. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across multiple platforms. Your work will directly impact our brand's visibility, engagement, and overall digital growth. You will work closely with marketing, content, and customer service teams to create campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development
: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
Content Creation
: Create engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Community Engagement
: Monitor and respond to user comments, questions, and messages, maintaining a positive brand image.
Analytics & Reporting
: Track and analyze social media performance, generating reports on key metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions.
Paid Campaigns
: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase visibility and drive specific business outcomes (e.g., leads, sales).
Brand Awareness
: Collaborate with other teams to promote brand initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Trend Monitoring
: Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to integrate into strategies.
referred Qualifications:
Experience with paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Promotions).
Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships.
Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus.
