Job Overview

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms. The role focuses on building brand voice, growing engagement, and driving measurable results through consistent, high-quality social media activity.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others as required Write compelling captions aligned with brand tone and marketing goals Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators Manage daily posting, stories, reels, and community engagement (comments & DMs) Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare monthly reports Stay updated on trends, memes, platform updates, and algorithm changes Run and optimise paid social campaigns (if required) Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution Collaborate with marketing, sales, and brand teams for campaign alignment
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses Strong copywriting and content ideation skills Understanding of social media analytics and insights Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar Basic understanding of paid ads and influencer collaborations (preferred) Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Strong visual sense and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in agency or brand-side social media management Knowledge of reels/short-form video trends Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) Experience working with multiple brands or industries
