Create engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand guidelines.
Manage daily posting, community engagement, and page reputation.
Monitor page analytics and optimize content performance.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Traffic, Leads, Sales, Engagement, Retargeting).
Create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels.
Track performance using Meta Ads Manager & Meta Pixel.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights & recommendations.
Strategy & Research
Analyze competitors and market trends to improve content & ad performance.
Plan campaigns around product launches, seasons, and promotions.
Work with design & copy teams to produce high-quality creatives.
Requirements
Proven experience as Social Media Manager or Meta Ads Specialist.
Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Pixel, Events Manager & Campaign Budget Optimization.
Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Good understanding of analytics, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and A/B testing.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
