Role Description

Full-time, on-site Social Media Manager based in Kolkata. Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies for client brands.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven work experience (typically 2+ years for a Manager role) managing social media for brands, preferably within an advertising, digital, or PR agency setting. Deep, current working knowledge of all major social media platforms (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube). Skill in creating and implementing effective Content Strategies
A keen eye for visual content and a creative approach to Communication & content strategy.

Exceptional project management and ability to juggle multiple client accounts and deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field Prepare and present detailed performance reports with key metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions, ROI) Crisis & Reputation Management: Monitor for potential brand crises or negative commentary and execute approved communication plans to manage online reputation professionally. Influencer Relations: To manage relationships with social media influencers for client collaborations. Develop Client Strategies/Audience & Trend Research, Content Calendar Management. Familiarity with (SEO) / (SMO) / scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) and proficiency in analytics reporting. Paid Social Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., on Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) in collaboration with media teams, often including budget management and optimization for ROI/KPIs.
