Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Oversee content creation, ensuring posts are engaging, relevant, and on-brand.
Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, and foster community engagement.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social platforms.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
Coordinate with creative, SEO, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Supervise and guide the social media executive team.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (3-5 years preferred).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create actionable strategies.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
