Marketing Specialist

to help grow our brand presence and user engagement across key channels.

Job Overview:



The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing integrated marketing strategies for our B2C website. This individual will be responsible for driving brand awareness, audience growth, and customer engagement across multiple channels. The role demands creativity, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content promotion, press communications, influencer partnerships, and podcasts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands modern consumer behaviors', and can translate insights into effective campaigns that strengthen our brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

. Social Media Marketing

Manage and grow engagement across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).

Create platform-specific content calendars with a mix of posts, stories, reels, and interactive formats.

Monitor analytics and audience insights to refine strategies and improve reach, impressions, CTR, and conversions.

Launch and optimize aid social campaigns to support growth objectives.

Respond to community comments and messages promptly, maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Content & Multimedia Marketing



Plan, script, and produce engaging podcasts that highlight industry trends, customer stories, and brand thought leadership.

Collaborate with influencers and micro-influencers to co-create authentic, user-generated content campaigns.

Repurpose long-form content (blogs, podcasts, and newsletters) into shorter assets for wider distribution.

Work with the design team to develop visually appealing creative, info graphics, and animations.

. Press & Media Outreach

Draft and distribute professional press releases for product launches, partnerships, and milestones.

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets to secure consistent coverage.

Track earned media performance and compile media clippings/reports for management review.

Manage press kits and ensure brand consistency across all external communications.

. Internal Cross-Marketing

Conceptualize and design in-house promotional banners, landing page creatives, and email templates.

Support internal campaigns to drive traffic from existing user base (newsletter promos, loyalty campaigns, and seasonal engagement).

Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Customer Success) to amplify marketing initiatives.

5. Influencer & Partnership Marketing



Identify, vet, and on-board influencers who align with brand values and target audience demographics.

Negotiate contracts, track deliverables, and measure ROI of influencer collaborations.

Build long-term partnerships with affiliate marketers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.

Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.

Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma for banner and creative design.

Understanding of press release structure, distribution platforms, and media relations best practices.

Experience in podcast production (planning, recording, editing, and publishing).

Proven success in influencer marketing -- from sourcing and outreach to ROI measurement.

Familiarity with SEO principles, email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
