We are looking for a confident and organized Social Media Manager to handle client communication and manage social media activities. You will work with different teams to plan posts, keep brand messaging consistent, and engage with audiences online.
Requirements:
1 year of experience in social media management and client handling
Strong hold of Social Media platforms handling (Facebook , Instagram , YouTube and LinkedIn )
Strong exposure of content scheduling , positing and using caption - hashtag properly.
Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients clearly and professionally
Plan and schedule posts on social media platforms
Coordinate with content, design, and video teams
Write basic captions or content when needed
Track platform engagement and share updates
Make sure brand tone and messaging are consistent
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later
Basic understanding of social media trends and branding
