Key Responsibilities:
Create, plan, and execute engaging social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.
Independently
ideate fresh content ideas, campaign themes, and engagement strategies
.
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple social media accounts (client and in-house).
Handle social media calendar creation, post scheduling, and performance tracking.
Respond to community interactions and handle online reputation.
Work closely with designers, content writers, and digital marketing teams.
Stay up-to-date with platform trends and algorithm changes.
Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of social media executives/interns.
Prepare and present performance reports to clients and management.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 4- 5 years of relevant social media management experience
, preferably in an agency or digital-first environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A-grade schooling background from an English medium school is preferred.
Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects.
Strong knowledge of social media trends, tools, and paid promotions.
Team leadership and multitasking skills are a must.
