creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager
to take charge of our social media presence, content creation, campaign strategy, and
ensure alignment with SEO efforts
.
The SMM will work closely with the
SEO Executive, and Graphic Designer ( Images & Video Editing )
to produce engaging, data-driven, and visually appealing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
day-to-day social media campaigns
and presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
Plan, design, and implement
content calendars
for posts, stories, carousels, and videos.
Collaborate with the
AI tools (ChatGPT, Nano Banana, Kling AI
) to produce UGC-style, lifestyle, and product videos.
Write compelling
captions, hooks, and hashtags
optimized for engagement and conversions.
Conduct
trend research
, monitor competitors, and identify viral opportunities.
Identify and collaborate with
influencers, bloggers, and brand advocates
to amplify reach.
Monitor and
analyze metrics
, reporting on engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
Develop benchmark metrics to
measure campaign effectiveness
and optimize performance.
Suggest and implement
new features
to improve brand awareness, like contests, promotions, or collaborations.
Oversee
social media account design
(covers, profiles, layouts) to ensure brand consistency.
Coordinate with design, SEO, and development teams to manage website creatives including banners, campaign visuals, coupons, and promotional assets while ensuring brand consistency and timely execution.
Coordinate with the SEO Executive to ensure social content aligns with SEO strategy and keyword targeting.
Guide and collaborate with the SEO Executive to:
Ensure content supports
organic search visibility
.
Review SEO recommendations for social posts, captions, and video metadata.
Monitor integration of
SEO keywords and links in campaigns
.
Stay up-to-date with
social media trends, AI tools, design applications, and SEO best practices
.
Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years of experience in
social media management
, preferably in
ecommerce, fashion, or lifestyle
brands.
Proven ability to
create content calendars, plan campaigns, and execute social strategies
.
Hands-on experience with
video editing, AI video tools, Canva, Photoshop, or similar
.
Experience working
with SEO teams
or coordinating social content for organic search performance.
Strong command of
Facebook, Instagram, YouTube analytics, and insights
.
Excellent
writing, storytelling, and copywriting skills
.
Ability to
analyze metrics, identify trends, and optimize campaigns
.
Familiarity with
influencer marketing
and ROI measurement.
Creative, organized, and able to
work independently and collaboratively
.
Preferred
Experience in
UGC-style video content and AI video generation tools
(Higgsfield, Veo, Kling).
Familiarity with
paid social media campaigns and optimization
.
Knowledge of
SEO fundamentals and keyword integration
into social content.
