Social Media & Ads Manager

and drive brand growth through impactful content and high-performing ad campaigns.

Strong understanding of
social media strategy, paid ads, and analytics
Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making
Portfolio / case studies of past campaigns required
- Social Media & Ads Manager
You'll manage Aushikaya's social presence and paid advertising across platforms, creating strategies that boost awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, Flipkart & other platforms
Run and optimize
Meta & Google Ads
(awareness, traffic, conversions)
Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for campaign execution
Maintain brand voice and ensure consistent visual & content quality
Track trends and implement growth strategies for organic & paid reach
Requirements:
Proven experience in
social media management & paid advertising
Strong knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, insights & analytics
Excellent content planning, copy sense, and campaign optimization skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Preferred:
Experience with beauty, wellness, or product-based brands
Basic knowledge of influencer marketing & performance tracking
