Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online communication and manage digital campaigns focused on cybersecurity awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies to educate the public about cyber threats and promote digital safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies for cybersecurity awareness campaigns.

2. Monitor social media platforms for trends, conversations, and emerging issues related to cybercrime and digital safety.

3. Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

4. Collaborate with internal teams (content, graphics, marketing) to align social media activities with other awareness initiatives.

5. Create and publish engaging posts, basic graphics, stories, reels, and short videos.

6. Manage social media reputation and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.

7. Track, analyze, and report social media performance to improve strategy and reach.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any discipline with (First Division / minimum 60% aggregate ).

2. Strong knowledge of planning, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns.

Skills Required:

1. Hands-on experience managing major social media platforms, including emerging platforms. 2. Ability to create basic graphics and write engaging posts, reels, stories, and short videos.

3. Understanding of ad management, SEO basics, trend analysis, and online crisis management. 4. Experience in managing online reputation and responding professionally to comments/messages.

5. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Building and maintaining a brand's social media identity,Working with marketing teams, graphic designers, and content writers, Handling negative comments or social media crisis situations.
