Key responsibilities
Business development & client management
Identify and acquire new clients (corporate, retail, local brands) for outdoor and other media assets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing advertisers, agencies, and key decision-makers.
Prepare and present media proposals, rate cards, and pitch decks to clients and agencies.
Track renewals, up-selling and cross-selling opportunities across formats and locations.
Media planning & inventory management
Plan and allocate sites (hoardings, billboards, plazas, street furniture, etc.) as per client briefs and campaign objectives.
Ensure all sites are well maintained, lit (where applicable), and meet agreed quality standards.
Support implementation of new projects such as corridor development, plazas, and public landmark media.
Conduct regular field visits to audit sites, document issues, and follow up for resolution.

Liaise with authorities (e.g., MDA, municipal bodies) for permissions, renewals, and compliance related to media assets.
Ensure all media displays adhere to local regulations, safety norms, and contract conditions.
Maintain documentation related to tenders, agreements, work orders, and compliance reports.
Support Directors in preparing reports and presentations for government and institutional stakeholders.
Own media revenue targets for assigned geographies and formats.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and occupancy reports for Directors.
Track outstanding payments, coordinate with accounts for invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
Analyse campaign performance and business data to recommend pricing, packaging, and product strategies.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in Marketing/Media/Advertising preferred.
48 years of experience in outdoor/media/advertising or related sales and operations roles.
Strong understanding of OOH media, local market dynamics, and government/media regulations.
Good communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and email; comfort with field work and site visits.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong ownership and accountability for targets and timelines.
Relationship-oriented, with the ability to deal with clients, vendors, and government officials.
Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to documentation and reporting.
Flexible to handle both office and field responsibilities as per business needs.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
