Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content across platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,YouTube, etc.)

Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and online reputation Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (basic to intermediate level) Collaborate with creative, marketing, and performance teams Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-6 years of hands-on experience in social media management Strong content writing and storytelling skills Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, Canva, or similar Strong planning, multitasking, and communication skills

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field Agency or brand-side experience preferred
