Job Description

We are looking for an empathetic and dynamic Social Media Manager to cultivate our digital presence across India. This role demands a sensitive approach to communication, a strong grasp of digital marketing trends, and the ability to build an authentic, supportive online community while strictly maintaining professional ethics and patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Localisation:

Develop and implement a culturally relevant social media strategy for platforms popular in India (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X and Pinterest).

Sensitive Content Creation:

Create compelling content (posts, Reels, graphics, patient testimonials with consent) that educates the Indian public about neurodivergence and rehabilitation, using a tone that is professional yet compassionate.

Community & Crisis Management:

Monitor all channels empathetically. Rapidly identify and escalate potential crisis communications, signs of distress, or emergency situations to the clinical team immediately.

Ethics & Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to Indian legal and ethical guidelines regarding patient privacy and healthcare communications.

Localised Campaigns:

Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns that resonate with urban and semi-urban Indian audiences to generate qualified leads and treatment inquiries.

Performance Analysis:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the Indian market, adjusting strategies based on data.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in social media management or digital marketing in India. Previous work in healthcare, mental heath, or clinical startups will be given preference.

Language Proficiency:

Excellent command of English and Hindi is essential. Knowledge of other regional languages is highly advantageous for broader reach.

Empathy & Discretion:

High level of emotional intelligence and discretion to handle sensitive subject matter and online interactions with care.

Platform Expertise:

Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, video editing apps popular for Reels/Shorts).

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Knowledge in the feild of Psychology will also be given preference.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:

?3,00,000 - ₹7,20,000 per annum (commensurate with experience and location)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
