Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with Yarnsmith Arts' brand identity and goals.
Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and execute engaging content calendars -- including posts, reels, stories, and collaborations.
Work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality photos, videos, and graphic content.
Monitor social trends, hashtags, and industry news to keep content relevant and inspiring.
Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and create monthly reports with actionable insights.
Build and nurture an online community by responding to comments, messages, and collaborations.
Manage influencer partnerships, brand campaigns, and paid social media ads when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (experience in art/craft/creative industries preferred).
Strong understanding of digital trends, algorithms, and creative storytelling.
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Later, Buffer, Canva, etc.).
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Aesthetic sense and passion for arts, design, and creativity are essential.
