Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic

Social Media Manager

to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, campaign planning, analytics, and community management, with a passion for storytelling and building brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Edyell's marketing goals. Manage and grow Edyell's presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter). Plan, create, and publish engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.). Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep Edyell ahead of the curve. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong online community. Track performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and conversions. Coordinate with influencers, brand partners, and marketing campaigns to enhance visibility. Manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions. Ensure timely posting and adherence to social media calendars.

Requirements & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proven experience handling brand pages or campaigns (preferably in the education or tech sector). Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English. Ability to create or coordinate visually appealing content (basic Canva or Photoshop knowledge is a plus). Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills



Experience in video marketing and short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style videos). Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles. Experience working with influencers and online communities.

Pay: ₹11,504.16 - ₹35,000.00 per month
