Manage the brand's online presence, ensuring a consistent and unified voice.
Oversee social media advertising campaigns.
Community and customer engagement
Monitor social media for comments, messages, and mentions.
Respond to customer inquiries and engage with the online community.
Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
Analytics and reporting
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance.
Generate reports on data such as follower growth, engagement rates, and website traffic.
Use data insights to inform and adjust social media strategies.
Collaboration and other duties
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand messaging alignment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
In smaller companies, responsibilities may extend to more hands-on content creation and day-to-day management.
