Role Overview



The Social Media Manager will be responsible for

building and maintaining the store's digital presence

across all social platforms. The role involves

creating engaging content

driving traffic to the store

boosting sales through online campaigns

enhancing brand identity

within the fashion and retail industry.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Strategy



Develop and execute

monthly social media calendars

aligned with store promotions, new arrivals, and festive sales. Create and oversee

visual and written content

-- photoshoots, reels, stories, posts, and live sessions. Collaborate with photographers, models, and designers to ensure consistent branding and high-quality visuals. Maintain a consistent

brand voice

reflecting the store's style, audience, and values.

2. Platform Management



Manage all major platforms:

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, YouTube, and Google My Business

. Respond to DMs, comments, and reviews promptly to maintain positive customer engagement. Plan and execute

paid promotions / boosted posts

for sales campaigns and product launches.

3. Engagement & Community Building



Build and engage with an online community of customers, influencers, and local audiences. Collaborate with

fashion influencers and stylists

for partnerships, giveaways, and store events. Run interactive campaigns (polls, contests, styling tips, live try-ons, etc.).

4. Analytics & Reporting



Track key metrics (follower growth, reach, engagement rate, conversions). Prepare

monthly performance reports

and optimize future campaigns based on data. Stay updated on current

fashion, retail, and social media trends

.

5. Event & Promotion Coordination



Cover

in-store events

such as fashion launches, anniversary celebrations, or seasonal sales. Coordinate digital promotions around major retail periods (Diwali, Eid, Christmas, etc.). Collaborate with the visual merchandising and marketing team for cross-channel consistency.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in

social media management

, preferably in

fashion or retail

. Proficiency in tools like

Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics

. Strong eye for fashion aesthetics, photography, and storytelling. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
