Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate will manage social media strategies, SEO activities, and online advertising campaigns, particularly on Facebook and Instagram. This role requires expertise in content creation, community engagement, SEO optimization, and paid social campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and SEO goals. Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos). Plan, execute, and optimize

Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns

to maximize ROI. Conduct SEO keyword research and implement best practices to improve organic search rankings. Optimize website and social media content for SEO to increase visibility and traffic. Monitor social media channels for trends, competitor activities, and audience insights. Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to ensure SEO-friendly and engaging marketing materials. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, keyword ranking, ROI). Manage influencer and brand partnerships to enhance online visibility. Stay updated with latest SEO, social media, and digital advertising trends and tools.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of

SEO techniques

(on-page, off-page, keyword optimization, backlinks). Expertise in

Facebook Ads Manager & Instagram Ads

(audience targeting, A/B testing, retargeting). Hands-on experience with

social media management tools

(Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools. Strong creative skills with copywriting, storytelling, and visual sense. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies. Good project management and cross-team collaboration skills.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in social media management, SEO, and online advertising. Proven track record in running successful

Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

. Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
