We are looking for a

Social Media Manager

(Freshers & Experienced) who is passionate about digital storytelling, brand building, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute

social media strategies

for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Create engaging content - posts, reels, stories, carousels, and captions aligned with University Insights' services. Assist in

running ad campaigns

(Meta Ads, Google Ads) and learn to track performance metrics. Engage with the online community - respond to queries, comments, and DMs to build trust. Keep up with the latest

trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates

to increase reach. Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Eligibility & SkillsFor Freshers:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Mass Media, or any related field. Creative mindset with interest in

social media & content creation

. Basic knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus. Strong communication skills in

English & Hinglish

. Willingness to learn

paid advertising, analytics, and content strategy

.

For Experienced Candidates (1-4 years):

Proven experience in handling social media accounts or digital campaigns. Ability to design and execute

content calendars, ad campaigns, and influencer collaborations

. Knowledge of

Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hootsuite/Buffer

. Strong analytical skills to track KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions). Prior experience in

education, consultancy, or performance marketing

is preferred.
