As our Social Media Manager, you'll be the voice of multiple brands across social platforms. You'll lead content planning, community engagement, performance tracking, and digital storytelling.
Your work will directly impact brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate with the design and content teams for campaign planning and content calendars. Supervise content creation -- captions, creatives, reels, stories, carousels.
Manage scheduling and timely posting across platforms.
Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions, and engage meaningfully with the audience.
Cultivate online communities and build relationships with influencers and collaborators.
Track KPIs and deliver monthly performance reports with insights and optimisation strategies.
Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes and trends.
Present campaign ideas, performance reports, and stay aligned with brand tone, guidelines, and objectives. Be proactive in offering fresh ideas and creative solutions.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience managing multiple social media accounts (preferably at an agency).
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics, and listening tools.
Excellent Client Communication skills., ability to understand their requirements.
Ability to interpret metrics and draw actionable insights. Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense.
Course Branch - Preferably a Marketing Course.
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing.
