Role Summary:
As the
Manager - Digital and social media
, you will be responsible for driving our brand's digital footprint across social media, content platforms, and online communities. You'll lead the development and execution of digital strategies that resonate with kids, parents, and caregivers, aligning with brand values and business goals.
key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and lead the digital and social media strategy for Purple United Kids across all platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, etc.)
Define KPIs and performance goals aligned with brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Content & Campaign Management
Oversee the content calendar and digital campaigns from ideation to execution.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to produce child-appropriate, on-brand content.
Ensure all content complies with COPPA and other relevant digital child safety regulations.
Community & Influencer Engagement
Build and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and kid-safe platforms.
Foster an engaged digital community of parents, caregivers, and young fans.
Performance & Analytics
Analyze campaign performance and audience insights to optimize strategy and drive ROI.
Prepare regular reports on social and digital metrics, highlighting trends and opportunities.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of digital content creators, community managers, and freelancers.
Manage external agencies and digital partners.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, ideally in a kid- or family-focused brand.
Strong knowledge of digital platforms, trends, and technologies.
Experience with paid media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content creation workflows.
Passion for storytelling, creativity, and child-safe digital experiences.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory guidelines in kids' media (COPPA, GDPR-K, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Tools & Platforms:
Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Studio
Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar
Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
Shopify, WordPress, or CMS experience a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
